Director General of the JSC «International Airport Irkutsk» Bylinin Konstantin Evgenyevich became a bronze laureate of the VI Open National Contest " The best leader of the year in the civil aviation of Russia» in the nomination «Guard of the directorial corps in the civil aviation of Russia». The results of the contest were sumed up at the end of July,2011. The event was coincide with the twentieth anniversary of the International association of leaders
of the aviation organizations and with the tenth anniversary of the contest.
